Characteristics of diaphragm filter press:
1: Reinforced polypropylene filter plate is molded, with a smooth and flat surface, high strength, light weight, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and odorless.
2: The diaphragm plate mold and core plate are both made of imported materials, which are hot pressed and bonded together, and have the advantages of high sealing, high strength, good elasticity, acid and alkali resistance.
3: By pressing the filter cake with a diaphragm, the moisture content of the filter cake is greatly reduced.
4: Adopting an automatic hydraulic device as the power mechanism for pressing and releasing the filter plate, and using an electric contact pressure gauge to achieve automatic pressure maintenance.
5: The control system adopts an integrated design of electromechanical and hydraulic systems, which includes functions such as automatic feeding control, automatic hydraulic pressing of filter plates, automatic hydraulic pressure maintenance, diaphragm pressing, automatic loosening of filter plates, automatic cake unloading, etc., effectively improving production efficiency. Simple and safe operation, equipped with multiple safety devices to ensure the safety of operators.
6: All racks are made of high-strength rigid welded components, with high strength, stable structure, and long service life, capable of withstanding the maximum pressure caused by pressure filtration.
7: The process flow of the filter press adopts a bridge type expandable structure for the main engine, and the main beam guide rail surface is equipped with a one-time formed wear-resistant non-metallic track.
